The apartment was spacious, with a fantastic layout that felt comfortable for our family. Loved the size of the two-bedroom apartment. it provided plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was a real hit with the kids, kept safe with a lifeguard present. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room along with the modern design. the check-in process was slow, and we had to wait longer than expected after arriving. The furniture showed some wear and the lack of basic kitchen utensils made cooking a bit of a hassle. The staff was pleasant but could improve on the responsiveness to housekeeping requests.

Consider requesting kitchen utensils in advance to make the most of the self-catering facilities available in your room.

what a disappoinment this place is, from the long wait checking in to the room being for non-smokers despite my request for a smoking room. having been kept waiting, I expected at least an upgrade or complimentary gesture, but nope, nothing special. it’s a shame, because I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Our family recently enjoyed a lovely stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that felt like a true home away from home. The location was great, with the kids particularly loving the pool area, which always had a lifeguard on duty. Being within easy walking distance to the metro made exploring local attractions, like Souq Waqif, a breeze. The facilities were fantastic, and there was ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The room was exceptionally clean and quite spacious. I loved the city view from my apartment, which added charm to my stay. The staff, particularly Ms. Divina at reception, provided outstanding service and made me feel welcomed. The room's amenities, including a microwave and induction cooker, were easy to use and very convenient for a self-catering experience.

The staff here were really good,, always going above and beyond to help. I was really impressed with how quickly they sorted out my noisy neighbors and made me feel secure while I enjoyed my time at the pool.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.
